I love the idea and smell of coffee and can imagine it would be a lovely morning ritual, but I hate the taste! I wish I didn’t, it’s so isolating not drinking coffee sometimes!
I haven’t drunk the stuff for years, but over the last few months It’s grown on me. I make it in a cafetiere, better than freeze dried stuff.
This is me. ABC Kids. Three children still in their jarmies, and my mug of coffee. (Cannot do freezedried either. Has to be real ground.)
Makes the early start more bearable!
I love the idea of a beautiful sun rise and coffee with a good book (I don’t have kids!!)
It is too! I don’t think I’d do the book and coffee with Gruff at my side as it would equal a very messy and hot disaster!
Your drawings makes life seem so perfect!!!
Just depends on how you define perfect I suppose
I’m far from perfect and my house is currently under half a tonne of tiny dinosaurs but its all good.
I like the style of the art. Did you use watercolor for the shadows?
No, they were done with marker pens. I use Faber Castell brush pens and the smaller ones for line.
You are so talented! i am so envious, I want to be able to create something, whatever it is, and try my hand at photography, painting, and poetry. If I had talent like yours, I would be so thrilled. Oh , and coffee is a definite must in my life.
Well put it this way, if you have to will to create then what’s stopping you? Try everything, have fun, don’t be afraid of making mistakes and out of that you’ll find something about yourself
