Ah, toy day. I remember it well. It seems to have disappeared from these parts. I wonder if it’s a ‘health and safety’ issue?
Does this mean it’s the last day of term at school? I remember the last day of the school year with great fondness – games, toys, party food, teachers being nice to you (now I understand why!) and looking forward to 6 weeks of summer holidays.
