Or an Elizabethan collar.
Either way I’m not sure how long she’ll last in it before it does fly off into space…

  1. Oh! I’m suffering with her!

  2. Checkout this collar – a better designed option!!

    • It is, more sensible for dogs, mines been wrecking the house all day as she keeps getting stuck in doorways and I keep getting rammed by it too.

      • I used to work for the company that distributed those collars and have used them on my own dogs. They’re 100% awesome because they don’t create an echo chamber effect for the dog, they can be folded back to allow the dog to eat, and they don’t interfere with sleeping because they’re soft, yet they still provide the barrier that’s needed for healing. I hope Bonnie mends soon! Nobody likes the Cone of Shame. πŸ˜‰

      • I’ve taken it off her today as she’s hating it as it is really scaring her and she’s doing more damage to her self with it on. Her cut’s well on the way so she’s being ruined with kongs and bones to distract her and its working. πŸ™‚ I may have to invest in one of these for the next disaster…

  3. What happened to your dog?

    • To summarise: dog hurtling after favourite orange ball at breakneck speed, comes back with ball and gash on her leg. Quick trip to vets for huge enormous bandage, week later and half a tonne of torn off bandages, cone of shame introduced. Sad dog, healing leg!

  4. I’, sorry Bonnie is poorly

  5. Poor Bonnie! What happened to her?

  6. I wear an Elizabethan Collar… they say it brings out the Bard in me… πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ xxxxxx
