It’s snowing!
It’s snowing not raining!
Everything has ground to a great big halt as there is no bread or milk left to panic buy.
No work, no school.
Nothing better to do than to make mega snowballs in the park all afternoon. (which is looking lovely with it’s blanket of white instead of it’s normal covering of mud and scrambler bikes).

It’s fun to be young in the snow. A perishing nuisance when you’re old.

Oh, I remember rolling those monster snowballs that finally grew too big for me to move! (I don’t remember why I did it, but I do remember doing it! 😉 )

Me thinks the making of a monster snowman – even Bonnie is looking to help with her ball. Is it a button and eye or even a nose??? I bet there were some rosy glowing cheeks when the children finally came in. Mmmmm hot Ribena 🙂

We used the bits of ball Bonnie had shredded for the eyes…and we had hot chocolate, currently waiting for a chocolate cake to come out of the oven…mmmmm…sensing a theme here?

I love this! My kids have taken to living beside the window. They have been sat on the ledge for three days now on snow watch. So far, no snow 😦
