Monday-itis.

A terrible affliction. Striking acutely at 8am on any given Monday. Symptoms include nausea, a feeling of impending doom and a complete lack of cooperation in leaving the house.
Symptoms will normally, (miraculously) disappear completely on their own once all possibilities of leaving the house are diminished ..

  4. Awww bless her… So reminds me of myself at that age!

Beware: I remember it as a very very serious affliction indeed… Only copious amounts of sofa-hanging daydreaming trancelike telly watching in cosy jimjams will alleviate the symptoms..somewhat.
Any mention of school/outside world will instantly aggravate matters. Best not to mention those trivialities at all..
