  4. This takes me back! My boys would spend hours playing in boxes. There’s nothing like blank cardboard to stimulate the imagination.

  5. Aren’t boxes fab? And yet, some people just throw them away! So glad to see that your family (pets included), know how to love them properly!

  7. I remember my daughter, now almost 14, playing so long in her box she fell asleep in it for a couple of hours. She had set it up with a blanket and pillow first though. Then there was the terrible incident of her and her best friend falling out over the massive box my husband brought home. We had to remove it from them in the end. They were furious! I loved Bonnie and her long long legs trying to get into the box.

  8. The best toy of all, and so versatile. Reminds me of a poem I wrote when my grandson was little – a line of which was “unwrapped the parcel, put the box on his head”
