Bonnie is not allowed upstairs, but that doesn’t stop her from waiting for us to come back down again…

Oh how sweet!
Our dachshund is only allowed on certain sofas…other’s she gazes at with awe and desire but knows that she better not jump…
This is hilarious! I am surprised that Bonnie does not try to sneak upstairs anyways!
Oh this cracked me up. It reminds me so much of a dog we used to have years ago. Same thing there
Ahhh, poor, sweet Bonnie! You should read the AA Milne poem to her… Half way down the stairs/ Is a place thatI sit/ There isn’t any other place/ Quite like it. (Sorry, I can’t remember the rest).
She looks most uncomfortable.
Love your illustrations.

I just love the soft, drawings this artist does. Just so simple and effective
My old dog used to sit on the stairs like this, seeing this reminded me. Lovely!
Dog people get this. They want to be as close to you as possible, but they know the rules too. And then there are always those eyes. So true – thanks.
