Ah, love for Bonnie is always round and bouncy! I can’t work out how old Gruff is- he was shown buying school shoes, having a “big boy” haircut and you doing 3 packed lunches, but I thought he was only 3! Is he at nursery or have I miscalculated?

Sorry for the confusion Wendy, Gruff is three and a half, he goes half days at school (after lunch) at the moment but I do him a packed lunch as he doesn’t want to be different from his sisters….he loves to go and give his favourite doggy a big hug when he gets back with his sisters (who are full time).
Hope that clears it up for you!

Thank you for clearing up that little mystery! Packed lunches, in your own special lunch box, are so very, very special…….especially when you eat them at home, safe in the knowledge that if you cahnge your mind, and fancy beans on toast instead, Mam will oblige! You are such a lovely Mam/ Mum- if I’d had more than one child, I would have done the same, but most don’t willingly do so! How are the girls settling in this year? I was horrified to read your blog from last year, when dear Milie was being so bullied. I hope they are all finding school life a much happier experience. Best wishes to you and your lovely family.

Thank you Wendy, I try, that’s all you can ever do. Having three kids means at least one of them will be sulking over something at any one time!
Millie is thriving now and very happy at school with lots of great friends too. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

I can’t decide who is my favorite of your subjects (it might actually be Arnie), but Gruff and Bonnie together is always a “Like.” ๐
