I used to look through the transparent, coloured wrappers to see the world in red or gold. 🙂

y brothers used to wrap up stones, mud, anything nasty, in the empty Quality Street wrappers, and then wait for us to crack our teeth/ gag in disgust etc!

I used to make them into kaleidoscopes, aided by that handy standby—the empty loo roll!

When we were children my youngest brother used to sneak the chocolate treats off the tree & put the wrappers back on the tree so we would think they were still there!!!!!

gosh yes , I find them everywhere down the bottom of beds, behind cushions even in Bob’s kennel.
