What a great thought-line in almost a global interpretation, well done! I’ve posted up on my Facebook page, this after a couple of weeks research for my newspaper blog about what’s happening to the ‘nature-deficit child’ – professors I listened to had my hair standing on end about what’s happening health wise, and also brain-cell and learning concepts. Yes, more planting of seeds, definitely!

Yes! What a wonderful way to spend time with your children. We will be sowing seeds in our own garden in just a few weeks. The tomatoes and peppers have already sprouted in their paper cups on the back porch and I can’t wait to get them in the ground.

Sounds like a lovely day. I can imagine that under the snow and the layer of frost, I too have a patch of land that might someday accept a seed.

Absolutely. I applaud your post, for you, the bees and for health.

we have also been sowing seeds today. Interesting thoughts and I think you are right people would have more respect of the had nurtured more plants and trees themselves.

We’ve had lovely week tidying the gardens and planting seeds. Now have 2 greenhouses full of trays seeds. Some veg, some flowers for my pots and lots for bees and butterflies! Also chucked loads of wild flower seeds over our rockery for the bees. We love bees and teaching my boys his precious they are. π

How lovely! We’ve planted a few flower mixes too, we have a lot of bumble bees around Swansea so they need taking care off. π

We’ve seen a few with the nice weather this week (mind it’s been back to freezing and bucketing down today), Connor was mesmerised watching some in park on the flowers. X
