Impervious.
It’s winter, it’s Swansea, it wouldn’t be an understatement to say it rains a fair bit around here.
But no need for a coat. Millie won’t wear one.
She makes me cold looking at her…

I remember going through that phase. Mum and I used to have such arguments about it until we compromised on buying a coat that was fashionable. She didn’t like the coat I’m sure but at least I was wearing one! I look back now and realise how mad I was (and maddening!) because I was really cold!!!! Perhaps if we get the snow forecast later this week, Millie will change her mind… Lovely drawing as ever – Millie looks full of purpose! xx

My s-i-law and grandson are like that. They never even wear a sweater, and only a cagoule in monsoon rain or snow!

Managed to get mine in her coat this morning but she refused to do it up. Let the ‘you’re not going out looking like that’ battles commence. 😀

My daughter is like that. I bought her one of those sleeveless down vests that are in style right now. She will wear that.
