Gruff’s all arms and legs at the moment. He’s grown a lot over the winter. I’m hoping for a slow down so I can keep up with the amount of trousers he’s grown out of!

If only we could hit the pause buttons on our kids for so many reasons, including growth. My oldest is 12 and he recently sprouted out of the trousers I only just bought for him after his last growth spurt.

I have a grandson who’s almost 14 going through a similar growing spurt (taller than both parents now). You should get together to recycle the outgrown ones!

Your style reminds me of Quentin Blake’s, who illustrated most of Roald Dahl’s books. It’s lovely!
