Bonnie’s over-zealous grooming has led to some sore bits on her. The cone went on this afternoon. There has been lots of bumping into things and sad doggy eyes.

Oh poor Bonnie. Have you told her it’s because you love her and, as we were constantly told when we were kids…”Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind”? (A load of codswallop in my opinion, but it might just work on this occasion!)
