Autumn starlings.
The swifts and swallows have gone. Only to be replaced by the chatterings of gathered starlings weighing down the telegraph wires.

Gorgeous! I love starlings (and swallows of course!) They are little hooligans, making such a noise but when dusk comes and they murmur…. well that’s something else – another drawing one day perhaps? 🙂
